The Goofy film series is a collection of American animated comedy short films produced by Walt Disney Productions, starring the titular character Goofy, who was introduced in the Mickey Mouse series as one of Mickey's friends. The series began in 1939 with Goofy and Wilbur and concluded in 1953 with How to Sleep, with an additional short, How to Hook Up Your Home Theater, released in 2007. The shorts were distributed by RKO Radio Pictures and later by Buena Vista Distribution in re-releases.

The How-to Narrator debuted in the 1940 short Goofy's Glider and became a stable character, appearing in most Goofy shorts as a guide. The Narrator has been voiced by several actors, including John McLeish, Cactus Mack, John Dehner, Paul Frees, and Corey Burton, who began voicing the Narrator in Goof Troop and has continued from 1992 to the present. The Narrator also appears in other media such as Goof Troop, Mickey Mouse Works, House of Mouse, and the 2021 series How to Stay at Home.
